Who is Glenna?
Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. Glenna majored in graphic design and minored in photography. She worked for David Carson, a world famous graphic designer, for a few years before I realized that her real passion was for photography. She ventured out on her own and started Red Room Studio.
Glenna has been shooting weddings since 2000. Growing up, she was around wedding all of the time during out at the plantation that her parents ran. Glenna is more than just a wedding photographer, she is a weddings expert. Glenna has seen it, done it and troubleshot it. She love weddings; the excitement, the emotions, the once in a lifetime moments and
the amazing cakes!
Glenna takes a very realistic approach to wedding photography. Her main concern is to capture every moment, every expression and to have you feel like you are back at your wedding all over again when you look at the pictures. She captures beautiful images with helpful hints and not forced poses, letting you relax and enjoy your wedding. Glenna takes away the stress by being prepared for you. Whether it is a bobby pin for that stray hair, a band-aid for that blister, or an umbrella for that tiny cloud that dared to rain on your wedding day.
It is important that you feel comfortable in front of the camera on your wedding day. That is why Glenne includes engagement portraits and bridal portraits in all of the packages. Bridal portraits are also a great time to do a run through on what you will look like on your wedding day. That way there is less stress on the big day. It also ensures that there are plenty of pictures of you and you do not have to waste the precious time on your wedding day capturing just you when you should be with your new husband.
As I have said before, every wedding is unique and does not always fit into one of the packages. I treat every wedding like it is for you, the most important day of your new lives together. I look forward to meeting you and thank you for letting me share in your wonderful day.
